The Dog Who Thought She Was A Cat - updates
X-ray's all clear! But will have to continue observing her for any symptoms that may rear its head in the next 48 hours - vomitting, blue tongue, lethargy...
Too bad the doc won't allow me to take the x-ray home. It was quite a funny picture of Mischy's insides. I'm surprised the usually squirmy girl stayed still long enough for a good shot! And she must have some super strong stomach juices there, to have digested all those bones in less than 24 hours...
*ruff.... thank you Inspira and Mini for your concern! i knew them fishie bones wun do me no harm. and they were yummy too! what a silly mommy i have. ruff-ruff*

good to hear you're ok mischky! pat pat hugzzz
wow she's got some strong stomach juices. the only thing moxie's stomach can't digest is tissue paper which she LOVES eatin ....
glad she's ok!!! :D
my ah-ma used to say, if u swallow fishbone, you should hit the top of your head. but i'm not sure if that works for puppies...
How did M get hold of the fish skeleton?? Glad she is alright. Ashlee has had her share of chicken bones... Doggies are so silly... xx
Minney » Misch was really naughty - jumped and jumped and nudged our plate of fish remains nearer to the edge of the table before a final leap and stealing the skeleton off the plate. Grrr.... Super greedy!
I dunno why Mischka love to eat the strangest things! Paper, wall plaster, Mac charger (cost me bloody $150 to replace!!!), assorted bugs... Grrr.
Haha, well, you guys did realise you got yourselves a cocker spaniel didn't you? They eat EVERYTHING!!
I remember meeting a few cocker spaniels who had ingested socks, tennis balls and the like when I took Ashlee to the vet's...
Think it might be one of the qualities that make them so irresistible though? Please send my hugs to M! xx
I had no idea they were so... undiscerning!
part of the hunting etiquette - tennis balls, charger, fish, grummmm - yummmm - munch munch munch ;)
kisses to M too!
